My mom and I decided to work with Lumina Homes as their service is exceptional. Amir helped answer all our questions. He stopped by several times to ensure we were happy with the products we selected. Both Amir and Vipin were quick to respond to our calls and texts. I had a hard time with my insurance not wanting to cover the sidings as the colour was discontinued. They made calls on my behalf and ensured i got it all covered. Lumina Roofing & Exteriors were INCREDIBLE to work with. First of all, they were easy to reach to request an assessment, and they showed up to the assessment on time and ready (sounds small, but it's rare). They made the whole process so easy and built trust from the very beginning. They replaced my roof and some siding, and did an exceptional job at both. The roof was done, and done incredibly well, in just a few hours (again, they showed up when they said they were going to). They also made sure that they cleaned up after their work, which was very appreciated because I have two dogs and those little nails could have been killer. They went over everything 5 or 6 times to make sure all was clean. They noticed an issue that I hadn't even worried about, and made sure to fix it. Man listen — that hail came through swingin’ like Mike Tyson and did my roof dirty. Holes, dents, shingles lookin’ like they just survived a tornado. I was sick. Then my boys Vipin and Amir from Lumina Roofing & Exteriors pulled up quick-fast like DoorDash on double pay.
